Refund & Cancellation

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment:
    Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are shipped.
    To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your order number.

  • After Shipment:
    Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery, but shipping charges (if any) will be non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

  • Damaged or Defective Products:
    If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
    Email us at contact@paraliya.com with:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the product and packaging

    • Description of the issue

    Upon verification, we will issue a full refund or replacement as per your preference.

  • Wrong Product Received:
    If you receive an incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

  • Non-Refundable Conditions:

    • Opened or used items

    • Delay in delivery due to courier company (beyond our control)

    • Orders returned without prior communication

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • For prepaid orders, the amount will reflect in your bank account or card based on your provider’s timelines.
